Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our shop located in Richmond Victoria. All same day orders that are placed before midday for metro Melbourne will be delivered by Tom’s Appliances staff and will arrive the next day.

All other parcels will be sent via couriers and may take 1-3 days. 

Returns

Change of mind

All request to return products must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Notification of intention to return product(s) must be made via email to office@tomsappliances.com.au.

Please note any items which need to be returned must be in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then Tom’s Appliances reserves the right to reject the claim.

Refunds will be completed within 10 – 15 working days of us receiving your returned part or product, however we can’t guarantee a time window when the refund will be back in your account as this depends on your bank provider.

*Please note you will have to cover the shipping costs of the return in case you changed your mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received any Items damaged or Faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us at office@tomsappliances.com.au

If you received the parts damaged, we may ask you to email us the pictures of the damaged parts.

We will advise you if the items need to be returned, if they need to be returned we will email you Return labels as per our Return process. If the item is deemed to be damaged or faulty then we will send you the replacement within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.

Warranty

In the case of a part failing after installation into an appliance, we offer a 12 month replacement warranty on the part. Tom’s Appliances reserves the right to refuse a return whereby a part has failed due to incorrect installation, or installation by a person that does not hold the relevant licenses/trade qualifications.

All finished new products will come with full manufacture warranties.

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate pricing some purchased and/or manufactured items do change due to material, labour and/or freight charges. When this does occur our sell price will be adjusted accordingly and reflected on the web site.
